Jump in to the delicate and authentic flavors of this dim sim/Shumai. 0.5 lbs Pork minced
- 3 tbsp Green onion
- 3 Mushrooms
- 1 clove Ginger
- 1 tbsp Potato starch

10-15 sheets Wonton wrappers

1.5 cups Water
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Cooking sake
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar

To get started, you'll need:

In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped green onion, mushroom, ginger and potato starch.
Add minced pork, along with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Cooking Sake, Sesame oil, sugar, and salt and pepper into the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Wrap the wonton wrapper around the pork mixture, leaving an opening at the top. Repeat until all the pork mixture is used up.
From the main menu, select 'Auto Cook' and select 'Dim Sum/ Shumai' from the recipe presets. Press 'Ok' to start.
In the inner pot, pour 1.5 cups of water, and place steam basket inside
Place the wonton pieces on the steam rack, making sure the pieces are not touching each other.
Securely attach lid and set the pressure release valve to 'VENT' Press 'Ok' to start.
Once cook time has finished, Confirm that all steam has released from the valve before opening the lid.
Serve the pork shumai hot, garnished with a sprinkle of green onions and a dash of soy sauce. Enjoy!
